to anyone whos used yahoos version of ebay, how do i file a fraud report? i bought a bag and it is so blatantly fake, and the description of the colors the guy gave in the auction is not even right...i already emailed him demanding the money back, but what do i do as far as making it official with yahoo?

hey, if the guy you bought it off of is running a "business" on yahoo auctions, report him to www.bbb.com and www.ftc.gov Print the page out that states that it's a "whatever" type of bag. If the amount if large enough, call the local law enforcement and district attourney in your area and his area. Trust me, i got dicked out of about 200 dollars once...got it back too.

hdansjr - how would i be able to distinguish between whether hes an actual onlinebusiness or just someone who sells a lot of shit in his spare time? i dont really see what the difference would be

for instance, i got screwed over on yahoo as well. The person who was selling on yahoo, actually had a business in philly, and all of the computer stuff was done on "worktime" from his work computer, and he used the name of his business as his handle. Also, when i sent the money in, i only use money orders, i sent it to his work address. Hope this helps.
