I probably won't get much below 199 without either risking unhappyness, due to the fact that I love to eat and always struggle with diet, or Lean BM
Slow and steady wins the race.. Not that crazy atkins stuff..
No loss of lean due to jacked up Protein and lowered simple carbs, along with my 3x a week heavy cardio

Actually, I probably could be leaner if I was strict about my Diet..
It's not the motivation to work out I lack, It's the desire to give
up 100% those foods that make me happy.
I simply cut back on them vs giving them up entirely..
If I occasionally want a beer or two, I have them. Just not often.. etc..
My opinion is that Life is way too short to miss out on its pleasures just to have that perfect body..
I want a Healthy one, sure.. Moderation is my motto..
