Mainly it seems to get people to stop eating fried foods, fried carbs especially, which is what bodybuilders avoid anyway. You take it then you really have to make a good choice for what to eat, I think that is one of the big helps because you make a better eating decision, even if you are in a hurry.
Trust me, you won't take one then eat a burger and fries....well, if you do, you won't do it twice!!
