im kinda tired mid afternoon taking xenadrine 2 times a day i train about 5 oclock but have low energy. my carbs are about 100g a day 2 zone bars 2 slices whole wheat protien shakes ect.
i need to hit the weights hard but need a booster
before i started xenadrine i was kicking ass in the gym now i need a boost to get through.
what would you guys do?
