I've been taking 4 pills a day for almost 4 weeks and along with a low fat diet and plenty of cardio its working great with no side-effects.

Maybe going straight onto 6 pills a day is a bit much. The instructions recommend taking half dose (2 pills a day) for a few days before moving up to the normal dose (4 pills a day). It also says not to exceed 4 pills a day!
