xenadrine and dimaxx when to take???

both of these are suppose to be taking 30 mins before i werkout..what do i do????i also need to take glutamine pre workout what do i do??

and post workout is milk in my shake good for carbs?? and can i mix glutamine with my whey??

im not planning on doing morning cardio...
will morning cardio hert my workout later in the day(lifting sprinting)

will i still cut fat without morning cardio
