xanax anxiety solution

This "does" pertain to this board,(seeing as a lot of us use Valium and Xanax to help us sleep. However, I got addicted to both of them , and have tapered down to almost nothing. The problem now is, ........I have anxiety problems.

Is 5HTP or Valerian "decent" alternatives to Xan or Val?

There was a post yesterday that dealt with the correct dose of 5HTP, do a search you should find it easily. The back of the bottle it comes in should give you a good idea as for how much to take.
