well

Well it was a long and pain in the ass couple of months

I had a heart problem My heart was leaking I guess just born with it.
haven't had surgery yet! But will if it gets any worse at all.
I have Edema!
Shoulder will have to have surgery due to a car accident In my. Seperated it really good.
Sold 3 of my cars to pay for the hospital bill!!!

And I am Only 209lbs I lost a little over 20lbs.
I'm Weak And look Like ass "To myself at least."

So I worked out for the first time in about 2 months with "Caligula" At his gym and got the ball rolling

To the person I owe money to on this board. It will be handled I'm not dead.LOL I guess.
You know who you are, Your a True Friend to me!!!

So is everyone here.

I had a statement written out for my brother to post here since I thought I was going to die at one point.
Life is good
Sometimes!

So here I am, In debt to a member here But will fork it over next check I get.

I will post my sorry ass pics very very soon
And I will be asking for help to get back into great shape again
