deca/sust is a good first cycle. probably the most common.

i aint ganna give u any doses or even explain what those drugs are. stop bein lazy and do some homework and maybe u can answer ure own question a little better.

i did fina/winny and everything came out ok... i was taking pretty high dosages and some ALA with a lot of water, no other supplements.
