WTF! This is crazy. Need alittle help

Hey bro's.

I have a little computer trouble.Here's the deal.
I am using internet explorer and when I click "View" then "explorer bar" and then "search" or "history" a porno site pops up with endless pop-ups. How can I get rid of this?It is really bugging me.

Try clearing out your history, temp internet files and cookies.....problem should be solved

just do a searvh for cookies on your computer. it should match up with the folder.

I searched for it in "find files or folders" but then what do I delete?Everything that says cookie?

delete everything in the cookie folder, not the folder itself
