I can't figure out what this is all about. Obviously occurs in the Middle East. I heard people steal a bunch of cars and then drive em like crazy....maybe this is the equivalent of drag racing here in the states where a bunch of spectators show up and make an event out of it....I just hope the spectators' cars are stolen too!
