damn straight. he knows EVERYTHING. if you aren't making gains daily, you need to follow every bit of advice my brother says. he's the MAN (well, he will be, after he hits puberty).
there's only ONE way to train....OUR WAY! high volume should be reserved for the stereo and that's it. we won't grow in SPITE of our bad training, we will grow BECAUSE of our GOOD training.
All of you need to take notice of the good stuff my brother is saying. do you think he'd keep bringing up these arguements for no reason? do you really think he's that stupid? of course not! you all just can't believe that all the gains you've made over the years are imaginary. your gains are not real! you're really no stronger or bigger than you were X amount of years ago when you started training. nothing you have done has made you any bigger or stronger. it's all just in your heads.
there is only ONE way to train. PERIOD. just like there's only one way to skin a cat, one way to clean your house, one way to bathe, one way to choke the chicken, one way to make love to a woman (which me and my brothers are too young for), and only one way to deep throat your dad (which my brother knows more about than i do
