I have this issues for a quite awhile now, I went to the dr for it (even twice) and it all comes to normal. I have to pee like every f#cking 10 minutes, sometimes it happened just at night then sometimes at day time.

My dr. thinks I am just a crazy hypochondria person because I have been there so many times for the same problem and everytime I go it all come back to normal. ( which is good but shit what the fuck is it?)

I noticed too that I beggining to have these dark circles on my eyes... It really scaring the shit out of me. Is it because is related to my frequent peeing? Ahhhh!

I do drink a lot of water and watch my diet. My pee is clear by the way sometimes is yellow. No I dont have any back pain or whatsoever.

( sorry for posting this on this forum I tried to post on the medical forum and I got no replies, so please dont move it :( )

Thread of the week!!!

You cannot top a thread where a chick talks about peeing. My day is now complete!

No go buy the pills at Walmart they are cheap and will fight any bacteria that might be there but not present in a urine sample

ok what are they called cranberry extract.. ( specific brand please) thanks for the advise!

Sounds like an overactive bladder. First cut out caffeine or other stimulants and pee before you go to bed. There are medications for overactive bladder, and it sounds like your doctor is not listening to your problem. Get a second opinion. I have a related problem. Sometimes I get no warning and then I have to pee so bad I think I'm not going to make it to the bathroom. Both frequency and urgency problems are treatable.

If there is no pain or fever associated with the frequent urination and urine samples have come back clean, it most likely is NOT a urinary tract infection. I doubt cranberry juice or those pills would have any effect.

I did go to a different doctor but same facility. The result all came back to normal. I am going to have another appointment again just in case. I know I have nothing to be worry about. I am scared but I am thinking positive.

How many times are you going a day? Is the urge frequent? Do you have any pain when you urinate? Sounds like "overactive bladder" Throw that term out to your next doctor and see what they say.

over active bladder, or some type of urinary tract infection. Its not uncommon to experience this depending on the intake of fluids.

I would do some cream of tarter in a small glass of water a few times a day (or cranberry juice) if its an infection you will see the difference... if its just an issue with your bladder not being able to maintain the fluids there is not much you can do.

How long have you been having these symptoms?

She have actually mention that I might have overactive bladder. She offered to give me some antibiotics but then I mention to her that past few months I was stressed a lot. She said that's one key why I am having this frequent urination.

I have no idea what happened to the antibiotic though.

Try the overactive bladder med. I think that is it. I really do.

you can find it in the spice section of any store. Seriously, it works if there is any kind of infection, just like cranberry juice it flushes out your bladder.

But I believe if the symptoms have been there for going on 6mths its prolly an over active bladder.

Thanks :) Yeah I been drinking cranberry and it seems like is not working at all. I just have another appointment set up, so will see.

I have seen those product I would take the gel instead. Thanks frisky :)

yw

any of these products should be no problem to find at any nutrition or wellness center... maybe even a pharamcy. Go in and request what you are looking for and they should be able to help you. ;)

I might have to ask for detrol and I heard the kegel do wonders for people who have overactive bladder. weird!

Kegels may do wonders for overactive bladders, but mostly when used for bladder problems they are used for those whom have no control over their bladder to tighten up the muscles.

You can go that route and see how and if infact that is your problem. If you have that problem then more than likely it would be a case of not being able to actually tell when you are urinating. Which, you didn't mention that problem.

True. This might be out of the question and stupid as it sound How do you do kegel?

I heard that you constrict the muscle in your vagina then let go. Is this right?

I though kegel are those machine where you spread your leg in and out..lol

not a stupid question at all... most women and men don't and have never been taught or told to practice this exercise.

its a vaginal exercise here is a good article to read.

http://www.mypleasure.com/education/sexed/kegels_for_better_sexual_health.asp

It can be done anywhere, driving to work, sitting at your desk, watching tv... a few minutes a day would suffice.

so is basically where you constrict your vagina walls or in short to tighten it for about few minutes.

a few seconds to start and then progress... As the article reads, try to stop urination to see how strong those muscles are at first and then go from there.

There are different kegel devices you can get but IMO, not necessary... just flexing the muscles on a regular basis will do the trick.

Just because it stopped doesn't mean that your urinary muscles don't need to be strengthened. This is how you can determine what muscles to work. The same thing you did should be done a few times a week to strenghten those muscle.

Trust me, you'll be happy you did strenghten them when your 60 and not having to buy depends ;)

Some times Dr's recomend Kegels for women after childbirth.
You contract yer muscles as if you are stopping your urine midflow.
Apparently they are suggesting men do it to for better orgasmic response & control.
