I HATE the gym on Sat mornings. went there this morning and it is just populated with annoying ass people. different crowd than the 5am weekday peeps

Well it isn't too bad when I get there at 9am. Unfortunately I can't get there earlier cuz that's when they open :(

My omelette this morning had: 1 egg yolk + 5 egg whites, 1.75oz leftover steak and a spoonful each of: mushrooms, peppers & diced tomatoes.

Artrius -- you're in the military -- I'm sure they taught you how to adapt & overcome & be resourceful -- oh wait, that's the Marines.....

Anyway -- take a lesson from the Marines & adapt & overcome....
