WTF I'm not getting lean enuf

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LIKE LEAN POCKETS. I think they're really nutritous and if you work out enuf you can get lean like 8-10% BF EASILY. I argue wif my friends all the time and they say i cant get good doing dis

EATING OUT IS PLEASURABLE 4 ME, so i do it once a day at the most. this is what i do

Lean pockets x4 >>1080 cals 40p 160c 30f
1 whole Rotisserie chicken with brown rice>> ?? on macros
Carls Jr Turkey Burger>> 500 cals 29p 45c 23f (or other eating out thing like a freebirds burrito or a nice meal at ihop or sumfin)

ive been doing this fur a long time now and i feel ive gotten leaner, but i dont look that good.

WORKOUT
5x5 bench (155 5X5!)
5x5 squat (190 5X5!)
sometime an accesory for 3 sets

I DO THIS 2-3 TIME A WEEK, I weigh 190 and am 6'2

Yea, you just really dont understand how low 8-10% is buddy you dont and you wont off of that sorry. Your loosing prob ah lityle fat more muscle than anything

My workout is not that bad its 5x5 madcow basically,
what could I change in my diet and workout. Can you guys recommend and quick and easy workout and a diet where I can eat out but still get lean.

No...Learn to cook for yourself. Prepared/processed foods are loaded with "stuff" that is not conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Just my .02

If you're young enough, (under 30), you have to be doing low impact cardio for 1 hour minimum every single day no matter what. You have to be eating your maintenance calories and make sure you consume enough protein, (at least 35% of your daily calories). Work different muscle sets every day of the week, no weight training on weekends.
The best thing to do is search google for some workout plans, find a reputable website/bodybuilder and follow their programme, when you're finished with the weights, do swimming for at least 30 mins. On the weekends you can do something as simple as go for a long walk or low impact aerobics.
Make sure you keep processed food to a bare minimum, try to keep your saturated fats low and simple carb intake low.
Have a cheat day once a week but make sure you don't overindulge as you will end up hindering your progress.
If you follow my advice for 4 months you will be extremely pleased with how you look, guaranteed!

that being said, if the OP is truly serious (which I still can't see how) then go to the diet section and post there for help!

Honestly man, you being serious about the lean pockets? In the words of a southerner there aint nutting lean about them lean pockets. You can't eat shit like that and do 5x5 expecting to get lean. Go over to the diet section or google some nutrition and get with the program. "Getting lean off lean pockets". that cracks me up, not to be mean.... haha I remember kids used to bring those damn things to school and after that had been heated up the morning before and eat em. Hard as rock, all that processed shit. Gag.
 
Lean pockets to cut. Hot pockets to bulk. But, really, lifting is only half the battle. Diet is just as important. Keeping a clean diet can take some strong will power at first. If you have a real hard time, just don't have it in the house. If you are gonna work out, you need to feed your body correctly. Otherwise, you will probably just end up with a monthly cold.
