Wtf im losing weight!!!

i was at 255lbs my 4th week of my cycle and i upped the dosage and added deca and i lost weight down to 243, my diet hasnt changed, but i have been working alot more (im a roofer) so i dunno if im losing bodyfat or what but its stressing me out.

my cycle is:

1-6 200mg anadrol
1-8 1000mg omnadren EW
9-20 1750mg omnadren EW
9-20 1000mg deca EW
11-16 200mg anadrol ED
1-3 30iu slin early am and PWO 15 iu each
11-14 15iu slin PWO

i inject omnadren ED and deca EOD

i just started back on the anadrol and slin and creatine could that be it? im up to 250 again but WTF

i had to stop working my legs so hard cuz they got to big to wear jeans. so ive been wearing swish pants.

Were you taking creatine earlier in the cycle, then stopped?

How long was the time period between the two weigh-ins? The 255 and 243.
 
I'm guessing you lost water weight then. A lot of people will lose considerable amounts of water weight once they stop taking creatine. Depending on how much water you're consuming, it will likely considerably increase water retention.

If you were working harder over that period - and you're a roofer - then chances are you lost some body fat too. I would say you primarily lost water weight though.
 
Ya I wouldn't be too concerned unless your tying to gain as much as possible. If your legs getting to big, start sporting Parachute pants. Ultra cool and comfortable.;)
 
Could be a bunch of things...

Maybe the fact that you cut back the leg workouts? Not saying you lost all muscle mass but that could contribute. I notice when I focus more on legs, my whole body gets a thicker appearance.

That's a badass cycle. Very big. Got any pics bro?
 
sEE YOUR TAKING ALOT OF INSULIN. Are you taking just as a part of your cycle or are you a diebetic? If so all the gear would up your keystones and that would explain your weight loss? If you not might want to check your bloor sugar levels bro.
 
That is a man sized cycle bro. Lets see some pics I bet your a big fella! I bet it had a lot to do with the combination of creatine and anadrol!
 
i wouldnt stress bro, it looks like you got some fat on you so even if your dropping lbs you can still be gaining muscle....if you can get acurate bf measurments do it and you will know exactly whats going on everytime you check it...wether its fat or muscle.
 
thats alot to not be huge. the fact that youre a roofer and possibly a subpar diet could be the main issues in you not being a house. roofing is hard labor man. you need to be eating alot if gaining is your goal. joe d could probably help you out. you look thick. thats alot of gear though. like overboard if youre not making a living off of your looks but thats my opinion. i wouldnt expect you to agree and i mean no disrespect.

buy big clothes and have them tailored instead of not training legs lol. 100% of my clothes are over sized and altered.

ok so you added gear and started working harder so you put your metaqbolism into over drive and didnt supply enough fuel. add protein and fat in that situation and obvously tons of water. i keep my water in 1/2 gal jugs and put 4 green tea bags in mine. on the forbidden slin i ad dextrose.

you gained the weight back because of all 3 of the added compounds slin being the main reason. with the slin add lean protein complex carbs and glucose or whatever you prefer. off slin add protein and quality fats from nuts would be an easy one. mixed nuts or plain almonds are great.

once in a while i am forced to do strenous work out side of the gym for any number of days. i used to run a landscape company but i sold it for that reason along with others. and started a cushy internet business. any way when i was working harder than normal i always found it better to keep my workouts heave intense and fast. get in and get out 3x per weak. this will help make better use of recovery time.
