Now, since the money we send to those countries is "federal aid" and federal aid actually means "belongs to the working americans", a tax break should be in order. You shouldn't judge unless you've walked in these people shoes. I think it's pathetic, but I honestly don't think anyone would chose a lifestyle that will bring them pain and misery. I feel sorry for these people. Understand I'm not talking about violent criminals. But the people that give up on life and have no drive. That must be a miserable feeling. Yes, most homeless people are mentally ill. Perhaps you wouldn't be so hasty to judge if you were stricken with some physical malformation in your brain that was not apparent but caused you to act strange. Mental illnesses are physical illnesses of the brain. Imagine all the shit that people had to go thru b4 these things were discovered.
