I've had this aweful pain in my wrist that shoots down to my elbows everytime I do preacher curls. It does it worse when I release the weight. Just wondering what you guys do to prevent or lighten this pain.
You are probably using an improper grip when doing bench press, or cleans if you do them. If you roll your wrists backwards and press that way, it will cause pains in your wrists. Also.... I'm with Blut on droppin' the curls anyways.
