wrist/ hand issue

It first started with my wrist, i was doing cable curls and felt a pain in my left wrist (the outer small part of my wrist) and instead or dropping the weight i squeezed harder and harder and finished off my reps... well going home i could barely move my whole hand... i went to doc he said nothing was broken just take it easy... 4 weeks later witch is now, my wrist doesnt hurt as bad but when i do curls and some other exersises the whole outside of my hand, pinky included and bottom of hand hurts like hell, ive iced it, bengayed it nothing seems to work... i can still lift but still feels im not putting out 100% because of this... i also wear wrist straps when i lift... anyone know of this... thanks ahead bros
 
I had the same problem, nothing broken etc.
It toke almost 3 months for me before all pain went away
of course I was still working out. Used wrist wraps and took
advil and finally the pain subsided
