Wrist Flexors + Extendors exercises: How many sets?

I'm not really sure how many sets of wrist flexors and extendors I should do. I just started doing this forearm exercise, and I'm not really sure how many sets (Or even reps) I should do for the best efficiency. Anyone have any suggestions? Would the amount of reps be basically the same for other exercises? For example, for HST 8-12 reps, for toning 18-25. Would this be correct?

Oh, so you dont switch?
I mean, you don't do curls with L then curls with R before doing r curls w/ L and then r curls with R?

Crickie.

I use both left and right hands at the same time. So 20 wrist curls together, with my wrists resting on a bench and me on my knees on the floor. Then I put the 25 lbs dumbells aside and grab the 15s, and to 20 reverse wrist curls with both hands at the same time.

I repeat this 4 times or so, go and get some water, and do it 2 or three more times. Usually by then I can feel a huge pump and my forarms are all tow' up.

I do this almost every day; these muscles recovery quickly.

Oh really? Do you take steroids though? I'm all natural. I did them yesterday, it seems like they recovered, but maybe because I only did 1 set of each exercise per arm :P

I'm gonna start doing 3 sets at least of each exercise per arm.

I am natural. The deal is I am relluctant to add much weight because of the stress on the wrists, so rather than boosting the weight, I do more sets.
