I'm doing ok. I won 1st place in the novice catagory at the Oct 1st Apf meet with a 501 bench press!!!

Chuck V. had a 1072 squat weighing 256!

Westside was definately in the house!!!

i thought they listed his weight @ 275???
they usually post pics over at efs wonder how he looked wit the weight..

also seems like his bench is coming around

He competed in the 275 class along with John Stafford, another Westsider,that just means he weighed more than 242.

Look in the next column after the weight class, that give their actual weight.

He was working with Jim Wendler and those guys at EFS to get his bench up, we did a bench day with all those guys when we were trying out shirts. Westside's back in the house!!!
