For a while, I have been turned down to watch the movie because of it's title, which I thought was some boring chick flick.

The girls character is supposed to be like 17??? And Spacey is 40+, the movie has some sick thought to it.

If you had a daughter and she was in that situation I don't know if you'd have the same feelings of positivity for that flick.

Far as I'm concerned the movie was fucked. There was some good views concerning adulthood/ career / relationships and such, but that whole daughter's friend thing is a total play on typical older male wants to sleep with a young attractive girl/woman. I think it was trying to be intelligent and provactive but for me it fell short.

i did like the movie especially when spacey caught his wife cheating.
