WOW Clen does Work.

weighed in at 6'1 214 last monday and today im weighing in at 207 been taking clen at 120mcg e/d with regular weight training and 25min of cardio 5 times a week after lifting.
Diet consists of:

8am
1/2 cup oats, 3 scoops protein(30Grams) 1cup nonfat milk and a bananna in the blender

11am
one can of tuna and a peice of toast

2pm
chicken breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice or potatoe, 1/2 cup greenbeans

5pm
30gram protein shake

7:30 (after Gym)
chicken breast, toast, veggies

10pm
can of tuna or protein shake

And thats that.
 
i loved the efeects of clen...used the ventipulmin pump and am very happy w/ my results...now,combine that w/ liquidex and you are totally set...
 
Bro, it worked great for you, but you dieted. Some of these goofs complaint how clen doesn't do shit for them yet they are eating burgers and skipping cardio

The great thing about clen is it keeps your muscle rock hard when dieting.
 
hey CHulo have you noticed an increase in endurance from it as well? liek is your jogging easier and you can breath better and last longer and go further with the clen or not really? how about energy wise?
 
You aren't eating much and that's why you lost so much weight. The clen helped a lot but I'd try slightly higher claories next time to minimize muscle loss. Great work though, don't get me wrong.
 
I pay approx 70dollars for 120tabs of europharm Spiropent.

When running and doing cardio I definately have more endurance , for example the other day when I was doing cardio I originally was gonna ride the stationary bike for 25min, but when I was done I had so much more energy that I went for another 20 and afterwards I still felt good to go longer.

Im up to 120mcg and I fell a little shaky at times like when I may be nervous or when im really busy at work.
