two things

1- "poisoning" yourself with DNP is not really an option, even if the product is overdosed (cooking yourself is an option however of course)... In fact the "carcinogenic" components of DNP havent even been proven... It has been mentioned more than one time by several REAL vets on this board, that the carcinogens are more likely from what is PART of the DNP that is processed into pure DNP, rather from the DNP itself... In fact, DNP has antioxidant effects in the body

2- You didnt LOSE any muscle (assuming proper diet in general), you felt like shit because thats part of the process... However, DNP in fact causes an anabolic effect in the body and can actually ADD muscle

Just don't use it if you have a black tie affair in the near future, I imagine you would look soaked and feel real uncomfortable wearing that many clothes for a long evening on dnp - dinitrophenol - .
This happened to me once on a T3 and Clenbuterol night, I looked ridiculous.
Everyone asked me why I was so nervous.

I dont know why this is so hard for everyone to understand but reduced carb intake on DNP = Reduced Sweating.... Binge on carbs and you're gonna feel like a furnace.

Again, many REAL vets have posted regarding following a low carb diet on DNP just for this purpose... but you'd have to dig back to posts made when there wasnt so much flag waving and haberdashery

I live in a very dry climate and do my dnp in the winter. Eat mega high carbs, low fat and 250 protien. I would never do it in humid states.

I tried low carb and it didn't work.

I sleep with my window open and its 25 outside! In the daytime I dont even need a jacket!

Pyruvate at 4-8grams a day is a must, for clearing my eyes of the yellow!

I still lift very heavy 4-6 reps to failure and take 5 min rest between sets....I have all my strength and run 900 mg a day of dnp.

How can you really tell that the 4lb loss was due to DNP? I seriously loose 5lbs overnite by my 8 trips to the toilet to piss during sleep.
 
I have done DNP twice in my life - both in the middle of winter and I was walking around in a tshirt still sweating to death. I couldn't sleep at night, sheets and clothes would turn yellow from the sweat, the burning up sensation I was getting after food and all the rest has ensured I will not be doing it again.

T3, Clen, an ECA combo and a good diet/workout schedule is what I do now if I want to drop bf - that along with test and winstrol.
