When his credit card cos recieve returned mail, they shut off your cards. None of these things will help your situation, but you might get some satisfaction causing him grief. Some people get off on even the most trivial positions of authority=loser!

Next time he bangs on your door call the cops, next time he screams at you call the cops.

Do NOT kick his ass "UNLESS" he hits your 'FIRST" and even then one punch doesn't entitle you, a much bigger stronger, and most likely younger guy, to beat him half to death.

Try to befriend the guy.

you gotta remember he is counting on you getting grippy with him and maybe even touching him. and i do mean touch. if you even put a finger on him, he'll have an assault charge. just think that this is the best it is going to get for a guy like that, being a big fish in a small pond. his life pretty much lacks quality, i would assume.

Simple answer. The guy gets in your face for whatever reason. You construe it as a threat and that you were in fear of receiving a battery from him hence, you file a report for assault. Have his ass arrested. That will stop him from harrassing you again. Don't lose your temper. Fuck him with a report on his annoying ass.

If I was you I would seriously flip the fu*k out the next time this guy pisses you off. Just rip your shirt off and tell him it's fucking on and challenge him to a fight or threaten to use his head to mop up the dog piss with. Chances of being arrested for threatening someone are pretty slim and if he does take your challenge then you are two adults consenting to be physical with each other. Either way you should not let this peice of shit push you around and further his belief that he is a tough guy and can go around trying to bully people with his authority. Then again I wouldn't listen to me because I have been "convicted" of 5 assaults, 1 on a town constable and 1 a felony on a state police officer, so it's kind of obvious I have a problem with authority.
