Small amount? Take a small piece of cardboard and cut out a square in the middle. Put a piece of tape over one side of the hole. Put a piece of plastic wrap on the inside of the tape. Now line the pills up side by side in the square. Put a piece of plastic wrap over them, then another piece of tape. This way the cardboard piece is flat with the pills safely taped in the square. The plastic wrap will keep the pills from sticking to the tape. Put a couple of pieces of paper on both sides of the cardboard. Put the cardboard in a Priority Mail package and send it using a fake return address with "No signature required".
