Would this be usefull for anyone else?

Hey..

I built an excel spreed sheet for my upcoming cycle.

What is does is:

* Keeps track of weight gain every week the calculates my total weight gain over the 10 weeks. It also gives an average weight gain per week @ the end of the cycle.

* Tracks my percentage of Strength gains over the course of my 10 week cycle as well as lets you look at you gains week by week based on excercise performed ie. week 1 bench reps are 150lbs, week 2 bench press is 160lbs. It will then tally the increase %.

If anyone wants to take a look. Let me know.. It can always be tweaked for other stuff too.

i have a good blank one that will convert your weight in lbs to kg and has weight, reps and notes column, basic and does what i need.
 
Just asking... ;)

I made this one to specifically look at my percentage gains in both body weight and increased strength gains.

thanks bro that sounds really cool,but I guess I'm old school.I keep all that stuff written down in notebooks that I can always look back as a reference...and have every since I started training many years ago.

If you want to tweak or whatever let me know and I'll send you the password to unlock the sheet. It's only locked so it wont get messed up to easily.

Well, if you are only going to replace the existing ones that i have there here is how you would do it:

In the Excel sheet:

Go to "Tools" > Protection, then select "Unprotect Sheet". It will ask your for a password. Password is "xykrjkrs1". once the sheet is unprotected you can make any changes you want. However, if you don't understand how to work the formulas is can be daunting.

If all of this is to much let me know exactly what excercises you want on there and for what body part etc. and I will fix it up for you. :)

on my way to the gym though so wont get to it until tonight.
