I have always struggled with eating a healthy lunch...being on the road all day and being to lazy to get up and pack a healthy lunch I always bought something on the road...half the time it was fast food.....so today I'm driving by a supermarket and it just hits me...why dont I just go in and buy 3/4 lb of sliced turkey breast from the deli and eat that...with nothing else...its enuf to fill me up for a while, hardly no fat, plenty of protien....so what do you guys think? Good idea just eating plain turkey? seems like a great idea to me...and very easy..and not bad..i may get tired of it after a few weeks...but then maybe just move to chicken breast or a flavord turkey of some sort
