Here's a bit on it..

So they say it causes extra inflammation creating more soreness/muscle damage, while increasing protein synthesis. Everyone I've seen who ran it at maintenance cals ended up a little heavier and seemly visibly leaner..
I figure throwing that into my PCT would help with maintaining weight and staying lean-er?
