is that the only time in the day you take t he bcaa's/glut and creatine?

i take a small amount of creatine pre work out. u don't need the glut any other time
 
I do not eat carbs after 6 pm and it REALY helped my sleep. I too have the problem with gettin up at night if I do a protien drink prior to bed. You know, at the end of the day,......it is a closed system,......so much in,...an so much out . lol
 
keas i usually have meal 3 then within 30mins no explode then gym about 20 mins later. Post w.o i have a 1.5 scoops protein shake and just throw in whatever is left in the fridge.
