Would T3 help me with this?

I'm doing EQ right now. The problem I have is that my metabolism is pretty low. I love eating and eats clean. I add fibers not to get too much problems with my stomach. Even though I eat about +1000cals every day over my maintenance calorie intake, I very seldom have to go to the toilet. I tried EC last week and my metabolsim increased a lot, and I got so much more hungry and went to the toilet more often. Now I've started bromo so I do not take EC anymore. The biggest problem with the low metabolism is that I do not go to the toilet that often and therefor get stomachpains and gas from the food that wont come out.
I red somewhere people on gear with low metabolism added a low dose of T3 to improve absorbtion of both protein and other nutritions. I therefor thought a low dose of 6.25mcg ED would make a little, but maybe good difference. When I've been on test or dbol I've been sweating like a MOFO and eating and feeling very good, even though I had to go to the toilet a couple of times per day. As it is right now I feel like crap If I can't take a shit, it's not like I got lots of constipation. Another problem is that I can't eat too much oatmeal because of the sticky shit comming out from the fibers making my stomach even slower, and I therefor feel crap and get gas and nasty stuff.

I do take ALA, also ginger root powder of 1g per meal.
I eat lots of rice and this has helped with gas and hunger, but I need to bump my metabolism a bit and I can't do EC or Clen when on Bromo. What would you do? Would you add some T3 at 6.25mcg, would this help??? I might go up to 2.5g protein per lb if I do, I'm eating about 2g per lb right now.
 
Ram some fina pellets up there..j/k.. try some good old prune juice. it'll clean you out.
