Since your saying "what if this was some half-naked boy" and your daughter was there, then yes, you'd likely get thrown behind bars. If some teenage guy was in your house alone, then I'd think you could kick his ass for breaking & entering...but that's not your question.

I'd grab him & toss his ass outta the house w/no clothes on and let his naked ass run home while being humilated. That would be lesson enough, if not worse than a good ass kicking.
