Would either Deca or Winny cause lower back pumps?

The past week my lower back has been killing me. I am on a test/deca/winny cycle that I started a few weeks ago. I know it's not the test causing the back pumps becuae I have been on it for quite awhile where as I just added both winny and deca recently. Would either of these be culprits in causing lower back pump? It starts killing me even after brisk walks.

I'm on winny right now. If I stand in one spot for more than 10 minutes my back starts hurting like fuck and I have to sit down.

That is EXACTLY how I feel. I just got back from New Orleans and walked alot. My back was killing me the whole time I was trying to enjoy myself.

nandrolone is the most likely culprit. However it could be the winstrol (or your winstrol could be dbol).

are you using an AI?

also since you were traveling perhaps your sodium intake increased more than you realize.

Yes I am using AIFM. I'm starting to thi9nk that it is just my back acting up now. When I get out of bed in the morning it hurts now. I had damaged my L5 and S1 years ago in a skydiving accident and had to stop everything for a few years because I didnt want the surgery. I pretty much treated it Growth Hormone and by trying to restrengthen the muscles around the area. I had episodes now and then but havnt in at least 3 years until this past week.

perhaps a bit of overtraining, back injuries often require ongoing treatment and physical therapy. are you doing mainly primary mover exercises or are you doing some core/stability training?

hamstring flexibility is also closely tied into lower back, so some more stretching may be in order

I do all my back exercises on Hammer machines and cable. I have to always have my back stabilized. I tried moving to freeweight deadlifts and bentover rows a few months ago but immediately knew it wasn't for me anymore. I do keep my abs up now that I have them and they are pretty strong. My main Overall leg exercise is Leg Press(again where my back is stabilized) Can't and won't do squats because the back can't handle it.

do you thorougly stretch ham strings?

you should do some stability and crunch work on the fit ball.

leg press actually puts a lot of stress on lower back, especially if you roll up (where glutes dont maintain contact with seat)

i am actually running the same cycle test, winny, deca ..and my back pumps are crazy man, today i was doing some stiff legged dead lifts and after 3rd set of 135lb i couldn't continue! the pump was too much and it hurt like hell
