I've got a friend who is about 45 yrs old. He lifts regularly, 5 times per week, and is in good shape except for his gut. He's got a big belly, probably has about 18% bodyfat. He does not have time to do cardio and wants to know if taking clen along with a strict diet would be effective and worth the effort. I've done clen plenty of times but always with a strict diet and workout program that included cardio. I just want some opiinions on this before he wastes his money on some clen. Thanks bros...
