i wouldnt bump it personally. unless you are holding significantly more muscle than last time, there is no need. without going into too many details, the need to bump up doses is to maintain gains as you get heavier and more muscular, since the physiological factors opposing growth will increase as you get bigger. so logically, if you arent huuuge compared to last time you started cycle, and got good gains last time, then leave it where it is. personally if i were you i would be tempted to lower the dose, since i personally believe (pharmacist...but yeesh im getting sick of mentioning it) that even cycles of 250 should produce great gains in most users.
