I use lube! Nothing protects against 3-4 hours of heavy abuse at night followed by a morning-thon.
No telling what I could do if soreness did not onset.

Never said that I did 3+ hours daily. Only happens when I rent 5 good vids....the store has a deal on 5 vids.
Used to take a day for full recovery....now it takes several days.
Apparently I'm only good for 3 hot vids now.
