Worst taste ever

I have eaten just about anything you can think of in the name of getting big and or cut without a second thought. However, last night I accidently bought dry curd cottage cheese instead of regular and it was the most foul tasting thing I think I have ever choked down. Unfortunately (for my taste buds at least) I noticed that the nutritional profile is much better than that of regular 1% cottage cheese, no sugar and fat free, but be warned that it is tough to stomach even with the gallon of hot sauce and salsa I used. Any suggestions on how to make this more palatable (keep in mind that the usual masking tricks (salsa, splenda, cinnamon, etc.) aren't going to work)
 
I think the 1% it is, I tried a few things last night, but I don't know what it is, I just can't stand it. It's weird because I love cottage cheese. Dry curd has the consistency of ricotta but the taste of ass.......

LOL....it's def. the best (nutrional wise) of all the CC...........trick is to mix it with 1%, wayyy too dry otherwise........
 
I personally like the "pot style" or "dry curd" cottage cheese as it's not as goopy or liquid-y as the regular....

All a matter of taste I guess....
 
i have never tried the dry curd ype cc but i have notice differtent tasts between different brands so you could try another brand and se if that helps or switch back to 1%
