I saw he had some special on comedy central awhile back and I watched about 5 minutes of him, and was amazed at how these people were laughing at stuff that wasn't even remotly funny. I mean it wasn't even witty or slap stick or physical comedy or funny, it was just annoying and loud and not funny. He is about the worst I have ever seen.

They have to give the audience booze before these shows.

Chapelle's routine has some intelligence behind it, also his comic timing and delivery are superb. Mencia's material seems forced, like he's trying too hard.

"Carlos" could probably write some decent material, if he'd let someone else deliver it.
