A friend of mine's an economist, and he predicted to me that the USA economy would collapse harshly within 10 years. According to him Americans are spending the money of the grandchildren and will pay the price soon.
Is he being a wiseass? is he an anti-American doing some wishful thinking? Is he right? Is he fucking with me?
Of course you can't be sure of these things either way, but how big is the chance to something like this happening?
