Workouts?

Hey guys, what is the best workout to use to build up bicepts, tricepts, and chest? how do you do the workouts?
 
There are tons of different workouts for each body part, I think you should real thru posts in this forum plaus pickup the Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger, it has tons of pictures of different routines as well.
 
Use heavy compund movements. Ironically, I have found that my biceps respond better to heavy rows and pulls-ups than just curling movements (I still use these though-just not as much). Check out Needsize's 5x5 sticky at the top.

Just tell me you plan to train *more* than these bodyparts :)

Yes, I think the 5x5 sticky is a good place to start. But those delts, back and legs better be worked hard too, now :D

Btw, not to be a dick, but there's no "t" after the p in bis or tris. I was very briefly an English teacher so that's sadly in my nature to correct :mad:
