There are tons of different workouts for each body part, I think you should real thru posts in this forum plaus pickup the Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger, it has tons of pictures of different routines as well.
Use heavy compund movements. Ironically, I have found that my biceps respond better to heavy rows and pulls-ups than just curling movements (I still use these though-just not as much). Check out Needsize's 5x5 sticky at the top.
