hey does any one have a good workout i could use for upper body it just seems none of mine are working my body hard enough any more i have done reps then heavy so on so fourth i have access to pretty much anything so if any one has time put what you would do it needs to be a complete upper body workout
 
day 1:
run 2 miles about 9 am
upper body workout about 3 pm
4x6 free weight bench press
4x6 curls with curl bar
3x10 military with bench bar
4x15 tricept pull downs
4x10 shoulder pull downs
4x10 butterflys
3x30 machine bench
then a burnout curl exercise i made called 21

this is only day i need something different done any ideas is good

don't run before a workout imo... you should be fresh for lifting. You have 25 sets that workout, and most of them are for isolation exercises. Also, what is up with your rep range.. 3x30 machine bench?

Do you do deadlifts on your lower body day? Not much back work either.
 
ya i stick with dead on leg days seems like it works them more and i do a lil different type to iso legs more and i run like 6 hours before? and the reason i have so high range of reps is because im cutting so i wanna make sure i burn out every time also i take winstrol and test so im fine as for being fresh for lifting

i am no expert with steroids, but if you're cutting, doing heavier weight and less reps would be more beneficial than 30 reps. That's a common myth about "toning" as you will work yourself harder when doing 5 hard reps than 30 easy reps.
 
uhh maybe were both just confused but i thought bulking was heavier weight littler reps like 4x5 or so on and cutting was littler weight more reps like 4-15 or so on and im pretty sure thats right
