workout when sick?

sorry, I say no work out, your body is already compromised... and weak'nd, no need to prolong what it has to do by compromising it further. AND THAT is my .02... THANK YOU, and goodnight. :fro:

btw, I missed all last week due to a cold... and feel like mill' this week. BWWAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!! (that was me flexing) :supercool
 
Sorry about your cold. That is miserable. I still workout when I have a respiratory illness, but I don't push myself. Also, I go for a walk, but I do not try to run. Walking clears up the head without straining the bod. I won't train though if my body aches AND I'm stuffed up. I know that I need to just rest and get a lot of fluids.

i'll bring some soup and herbal tea. i will bring some movies too and we can make it a blockbuster night.:) i'll even throw in a massage to help you feel better.

when this happens to me I always listen to my body, if he doesn't want to work out I stay home, when I feel the need I hurry up to the gym.
I do the same when I'm OK

HEAD COLD YES

BODY ACHE NO.

The ache can spread to your heart...it will be messed for life. Just take some Xenadrine or Hydroxycuts before and you will feel great. Be sure to take your supplements at the end of your workout. Your immune system will be weak from the training.

THANK YOU for all the advice everyone... i listened to my body and took off a few days... i will go back today and do some cardio... i did walk though, so it is not like i sat home and ate bon bons... but my body was so tired and i just rested this past weekend...
