Needsize, isn't your back a bit too rounded on those deadlifts? Maybe it's just me, or maybe I do them wrong, but I thought they're supposed to be done with a flat back at the least. I used to use an "arched" form, but it feels better now that I've stopped that.
tom- It depends on what works best for you. All of the 800+ deadlifters backs round. If it is more comfortable to keep your back flat then do it that way I am now starting to round my back and find the weight goes up easier.
my back was a little rounded, normally its not, the 500x9 reps vid I posted it was way better, but I woke up with a cold that morning and it ended up feeling way heavier then it should have, which threw off the form
Not if that is how you train. If you build the strength in your back based around a rounded form you will be fine. Conversely if you do them with a flat or arched back all the time then round you can definetly hurt yourself.
