Hey guys, no homo, but i'm trying to figure out a good workout that just gives me that great tone throughout the body and rock solid 6-8pack, like if i were to be a model. i know diet is key in this aswell, but how much running would i have to do, and how would my workouts look like in terms of reps and sets.

Train like everyone else, keep your body fat low. Don't worry, you won't accidentally get too big.

Your just asking for it...

Those models' diet is lack of food. Try doing those stomach exercises that target lower, upper abs, as well as those that target the obliques. The floor wipers are actually pretty cool. A huge part of any workout, especially if you want to be defined is doing cardio to burn that fat layer to reveal the muscle. A 20 minute jog each day might do more for you than 10 minutes of non-stop crunches. :D

Sorry to tell ya, but 99.9% of people with bodies like that... its complete genetics and maybe 5 crunches a day.... if you notice the great majority of them have zero muscularity and are basically just lean.

Some companies do employ better built guys... I think some of CK's models are bigger, but overall they are just skinny, little, lean guys

Starve yourself. And when you do eat, throw up after every meal.

Sorry bro but there are some hardcore motherfuckers on this site that will tear you a new asshole for asking a question like that.

i been hearing a lot about this new book Modle Body Secrets, www.modelbodysecrets.com it is a book that's writen by a celebrity trainer who is also a former top fashion model. i am also looking to get a very lean and well toned body without getting bulky so this looks lie it would be an excellent book for me. unfortunately you will have to wait a bit because it out be out in major book stores until 2009. :(

Honest answer

Most of these guys are not healthy at all. They get the same treatment as women in magazines, makeup and photoshop etc. So they can do a lot of rec drugs, eat bullshit and get eating disorders.

Alternately, on the healthier side of the male model spectrum: If you want the mens health physique, then take small steps and read everything you can here. Literally everything you can until you can answer all the nagging questions that pop up in your head.

I guarantee once you get started you will determine different goals.

Again its not THAT tough to acheive compared to the goals of many on here. We could "tell" you how its done.

But what we tell you isn't worth a damn you gotta piece it together.
