Workout Routines for Skinny People

Hi,

My problem is I haven't seen much improvement. I've been working out for about a month.

Maybe my problem is that I workout every single day
and I work the same muscle groups.

Is working out every day bad for muscle building?

Any advice on routines would be helpful.

I'm an ectomorph... skinny.. thin bones, etc..

You should be ok right now in working each bodypart out 2 a week. You can even work each muscle group 1 a week SUPER HARD if you choose. Eat high protein and a good number of calories and if your a skinny turd why not splurge and eat everything, then weight gain is possible. You are overtraining now, you have to tear the muscle down,,,,then let the muscle repair and get stronger. Give it time too, only a month of working out....:eek:
