Workout PCT, include cardio, or cutback?

Hey all, just finished up a light cycle, 300mg prop 8 weeks. im at 195 right now, 22 y/o 6'. My question is how should I be working out as far as intensity, i figured for now it is best to do a good wokout but not too intense or to the point of maxing, however i have not been including the ammount of cardio i was doing while on. I want to preserve the muscle i have and am worried if i up my cardio i will risk loosing some of my newly gained weight. what do yall think about this? after my last deca only cycle of about 300mg e/w for 7 weeks i lifted for about a month then quit because i worked and was very busy all summer, however i was very active. I did keep all weight I gained from that cycle. My pct plan is prime, set and started. just looking for all the fine tuning to ensure i do all correctly.

Keep eating, keep lifting... all the same (or as close as possible). Some light cardio is ok. Ive tried to diet right after a cycle (ie. start cutting)... Well I did cut... about all the muscle I just gained... not recommended!! So continue just like you were on cycle still, in order to be as productive as possible and not risk losing everything.

Food and heavy lifting are both anabolic for your muscles. Wearing them out is catabolic.

It's a good time to be working triples for heavy weight, you might even find that you can get stronger during your PCT as you improve your neural efficiency. Lifting heavy will tell your body that it needs muscle and can't afford to be losing it. Keeping your calories high helps to fuel the muscles.

You don't want to be leaving workouts at this time feeling 'spent' and should leave something in the tank.

Would you recommend more workouts than usual since we are not going to complete fatigue?

It's a good time to be training more like a powerlifer. You don't want to be wearing yourself down in the gym but you do want to be stressing the muscles since exercise is anabolic.

Get in, lift heavy, don't wear yourself out and go home to rest up. Fewer workouts rather than more. All pretty much the opposite of the early days of your cycle.

For those who run 5x5-style workouts, this would be a terrible time to be either loading or deloading but a good time to be into the intensity phase.
