is it betr to do 1 bodypart a week and do one bodyprt a day or do 2 bodyparts a day an 2 body parts a eek on juice? please respond thanks

its YOUR personal preference...do one thing for 5 weeks and then switch it up...dont let your body get used to the same thing...changing it up= growth.

Rest and recovery=growth, but yes..your body does start to adapt to the same routines. Most people train each body part once a week, wiht a good split that gives ample recovery time but does not leave the muscle sedentary for so long that it starts to deteriorate. I know some people that neglegt body parts(like shoulders) but since they work chest and triceps so much their shoulders arent bad because they are a secondary muscle involved in most pressing movements. I would say to read up a little and find some training splits then find one that works for you. Every week you need at least one day wiht no activity at all, and one with just cardio. So pretty much the most days in a row you want to be training is three.

If you have a lagging body part you can train it twice a week. Just be careful not to overtrain, as that is detrimental to growth. The main thing to do is switch up your workouts. Keep your body guessing what you are going to do to it!

People are still confused about this. Of course your body adapts-thats how it grows. If you keep training in the 85-95% one rep max for your basic lifts, and you progressively overload your muscles, you WILL grow. The only routines that the body adapts to and doesnt grow anymore, were shitty routines to start with. Dont get fancy, keep it simple and keep it heavy.
