Hi all,
I have two questions:
1. Rear Delt and Traps, both should be done on shoulder day or Back day? I have been getting alot of heat for doing them on shoulder days.
2. Deadlifts, is this your first exercise when you start lifting or you last? I do them first because I assume that the real power lifts should be done when you are fresh and the least tired vs. doing them last.
Advice is greatly appreciated
