Is it okay to do it or would it be better off not going at all until the sickness is away? I'm sick right now with the common cold i'm betting and I was thinking about working out today. Should I go on as a normal workout or should today be another deloading day, intensity high, volume low? (I did the intensity high, volume low thing all last week). Or should I not go at all?
