This may be a dumb question but im a newbie so im screwed either way. I will be doing my first cycle soon and i was wondering if I can work out harder or more parts of my body at once while on AAS and exactly how noticeable is it gonna be cuz im gonna have a trainer? But should i work out more during the week to make sure i get the best of it or what? I mean what would be a good workout plan for the week while on AAS?
